Long time No See

Had not update my blog for two whole months ... feel ashamed ...

anyway only update what i've done in these two weeks: (not in chronological order)

Secret Sunshine: Korean film. Do-yeon Jeon won the Best Actress in Cannes Film Festival this year. The main issue in the film: forgiveness and religion. Once she was into Christianity, she wants to deliver God's message and forgive kidnapper (who kill his son). however later she finds that the kidnapper also become Christian. And he claims god has "forgive" him. she become mad: she thinks how come god forgives him even she does not forgives him yet. some religions always teach us to "escape" from your responsibility. However people around them will suffer once they "escape". think twice.

Tokyo Tower: Mom and Me, and Sometimes Dad: Japanese Film. To be frank, you will not be moved by the plot if both your parents still "alive" ... the film name is originated from a talk in the film, between main character, his mother ,and his girlfriend. They want to climb up to Tokyo Tower together one day. however, it come true when his mother dead. The younger man carries his mother's ash and meet his girlfriend on the Tower.

The Diving Bell and the Butterfly: watch it during French film Festival. because of the book, i have more understanding on people like the main character: know what they feel. the film try not to make it dark, few scene are quite funny and sarcastic.

... but overall none of these film impressed (feeling old...) ... only one character support the whole film. but the plots are not impressive. waiting for another surprise !!!
